How to Cancel or Reschedule

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so from one of the following options:

•  Call 613-935-6188 and leave a voicemail
• Email rosewatermassagetherapy@gmail.com
• Log into your client portal to manage your appointment

(prior to the 24-hour cancellation window)

 

Card on File Policy

 

A valid credit card is required when booking online appointments to secure your reserved time.

Rose Water Massage Therapy & Wellness requests that clients keep a card securely on file for contactless payments. This allows us to focus on your care rather than processing payments after your session, while also supporting efficient scheduling practices.

Missed appointments or cancellations outside of the 24-hour policy window may be charged to the card on file in accordance with the cancellation terms below.

Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

​

A late cancellation or missed appointment leaves a gap in the therapist’s schedule that could have been offered to another client. For this reason, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a non-refundable, non-claimable fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. This fee will be charged to the card on file. If no card is on file, the fee will be added to your account and must be paid prior to your next visit.

Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment and do not provide notice in advance will be charged 100% of the service cost. This amount will be applied to the card on file or added to the account as payment due before the next appointment.

Failure to pay cancellation or no-show fees may result in the cancellation of future bookings. The Service Provider reserves the right to withhold treatment services until any outstanding balances have been settled.

If you arrive late for your appointment, you will receive the remaining treatment time at the full session fee.
