Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you!

 A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. 24 hours notice is required for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, may be charged a non-refundable, non-claimable through benefits amount of 50% of the scheduled visit. The cancellation fee will be applied to the card on file, if there is no card on file it will be added to your account to be paid upon your next visit.​

Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment you may do so by calling 613-935-6188 or emailing rosewatermassagetherapy@gmail.com. You may also login into the client portal and manage your appointments before the 24 hour window of the scheduled appointment.

Clients who do not show up nor attempt to contact the clinic to notify of a cancellation needed prior to their scheduled appointments are subject to 100% of the service cost. Of which will be applied to the card on file, or to your account payment due on your next appointment.​ Failure to pay the late cancellation or no-show fee may result in cancellation of future bookings. The Service Provider reserves the right to withhold treatment services if there are outstanding fees on the account. We kindly request that all outstanding balances be settled prior to the provision of further services. If you are late for your appointment, you will receive the remaining time at the full fee.
